    We process your personal data to be able to provide the products and services you have chosen.

    We also use your data to carry out our practical and accounting administration. This means, sending invoices, fines, sending confirmation emails, appointments, etc.

    We use your motivation letter and CV to form a picture of your abilities as a candidate for the position offered. We also use your CV to create a recruitment reserve.

    • Marketing and commercial purposes

    We use your data for targeted marketing campaigns, sending newsletters and optimizing our website.

    We keep application data for up to 1 year after the vacancy has been closed if we have added the candidate to the recruitment reserve. Rejected CVs will be destroyed at the end of the procedure.

    Gemsotec BV has taken the necessary technical and organizational measures to protect the personal data provided by you against loss, destruction, manipulation and unauthorized access. Our employees and all people involved in data processing are obliged to comply with data protection laws and to treat personal data confidentially. Our employees are also trained in this.

    The exchange of sensitive and personal data between the site and its users takes place through an SSL-secured communication channel and is encrypted and protected with digital signatures.

    When you visit our website, we collect the necessary information to enable you to use it.
